Patriot Haven does not provide legal or medical advice, diagnose or treat conditions, act as a healthcare provider, represent claimants before VA, guarantee eligibility or outcomes, or influence VA adjudication. Use appropriately accredited or licensed professionals when individualized advice or representation is needed.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing information for accuracy, protecting deadlines, using official filing routes, and deciding whether to share any worksheet. Do not enter false information, another person’s information without authority, passwords, security codes, or unlawful content.

Future human review and claims boundary

Patriot Haven does not currently accept assistance requests through a website form or portal. If a human-assistance service is activated later, a request will not file a claim, preserve a deadline, establish representation, or guarantee a response or result. Individualized VA claims assistance or representation will be referred to a currently VA-accredited person, and the intake path will not use AI to triage or decide a request.
