Education and navigation—not promises or representation.

This boundary applies to the public website, human intake, staff contact, and referrals.

Version: 1.0 · Effective: September 3, 2026

What Patriot Haven may provide

  • General education using public and official information.
  • Administrative organization and veteran-authored worksheets.
  • Resource navigation and help preparing questions.
  • Human referral to official agencies and currently verified, accredited, or licensed professionals.

What Patriot Haven does not provide

  • Legal or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • VA claims representation, filing, or individualized claims advice unless a currently accredited person separately provides that service within their lawful authority.
  • Eligibility decisions, rating predictions, evidence scores, outcome guarantees, or promises of faster agency action.
  • AI triage, claim recommendations, or automated service decisions.

When the handoff occurs

If a question requires individualized preparation, presentation, or prosecution of a VA benefits claim, Patriot Haven must stop at the education and administrative boundary and direct the person to a currently VA-accredited representative. Accreditation is checked in VA's official directory at the time of a claims-related referral.

Emergencies and official dates

Patriot Haven is not an emergency service and does not calculate or preserve legal deadlines. Call 911 for immediate danger. Call 988 then Press 1 for the Veterans Crisis Line. Contact the issuing agency or an accredited professional promptly about a date on an official letter.
